Self-care is an important part of maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself and in turn, the relationships you have with others. We must ﬁrst take care of ourselves if we are to be capable of taking care of others without leaving ourselves depleted. It is not possible to pour from an empty cup, yet many of us struggle when it comes to allowing ourselves to receive.
Know your worth and honour it; sound in the knowledge that like attracts like, and while taking time out to care for yourself may at ﬁrst appear selﬁsh, it is actually creating the conditions for love to ﬂow freely in the world.
