Little Island Yoga invites you to join an introspective weekend retreat, welcoming those seeking a break from the fast-paced external demands of day to day life. You’ll learn techniques to balance and attune energy and reconnect to Self through a conscious connection with nature.

Guided yoga, meditation and/or relaxation practices will be offered each morning and evening and are focused on raising self awareness and on using nature as a tool to help understand ourselves more intimately. These sessions will be led by Claire McGee, an experienced, 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher and resident of Little Cayman.

Ample time for introspection and reflection is provided within a supportive and nurturing environment. While these practices are highly recommended to get the most from the experience, you may partake in as much, or as little as you choose, allowing you to set your own pace.

Holistic full body massages and additional private yoga tuition is available from Claire who also holds an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage.
